The technical documentation of MetaNetwork EQI is confidential. This agreement is entered into with MetaNetwork EQI OÜ, a company registered in Estonia, EU. Read it, provide your details, and sign with your wallet to receive a private access link.
The Recipient acknowledges that the technical documentation, architecture, source materials, and testnet details disclosed by MetaNetwork EQI OÜ (the "Discloser") — collectively the "Confidential Information" — are proprietary and disclosed solely for evaluation and testing purposes.
The Recipient agrees not to disclose, reproduce, or distribute the Confidential Information to any third party, and to use it only for the purpose of evaluating and testing the protocol.
These obligations remain in effect for the duration of the testnet program and thereafter until the information becomes publicly available through no fault of the Recipient.
Nothing herein grants any license or right to the intellectual property of MetaNetwork EQI OÜ beyond the limited evaluation purpose stated above.
5. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, EU. Any dispute shall be resolved by the competent courts of Estonia.
